President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela announce the turning back of time of Venezuelan clock by 30 minutes. This is a crazy move as what you might think but government officials have been studying this since 1999. The country is too large and owns a 2 timezones, and the after effect of this is that Venezuelan school children won't have to wake up too early or before dawn.
