In South America, one of the known country to give such great delicacies is Venezuela.

One of the known delicacies this beautiful country can offer is their national dish, Pabellon Criollo, a full plate of shredded highly seasoned beef cooked with black beans, rice and fried plantains. But is some areas, the beef may be replace with fish, wild caiman and capybara meats.
