'Christmas, Anyone?'

I know that Christmas is still 10 months from now, but I don't think it hurts to give you some Christmas information, right?

I have here a recipe of hallacas, the main Venezuelan Christmas. They are usually made up of meat (any kind) and boiled eggs. With this kind of recipe, you wouldn't think that the slaves of the colonial past created this. They got their recipes from their masters' Christmas leftovers.

OK, so now you have more than 10 months to prepare for this. Make sure it's perfect!
