We deal in real estate and vacation rentals

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To kpp up with modern times

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

A few years ago and donīt remember the names as went through several before coming up with this final one!

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I thought I was in Margarita and in business so I used the American term "biz" and added it to Margarita.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We try to be the best in this highly competed world

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

As I get older my dream has been to live off the internet generating income through my website

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I have not thought of this

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would try to get e-commerce installed

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I can manage what I have and plan to keep it simple and progress as things come

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Having currency control in Venezuela and with very limited credit card expenditure of only USD 400 a year!

Learning about websites

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Word of mouth and submitting to search engines regularly

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I enjoy it a lot

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

For a few years now and paid my domain for 10 more years so I plan to continue as long as I can
