Well I haven't eaten that yet--I might've but just didn't know it--but I know that it uses a lot of chocolate. Venezuela, as we all know, is a majorproducer of cacao beans, which are used to make chocolate. They were particularly famous for producing it during the 1700s. How much was its impact? Buildings used for the the government's propagandistic movement are decorated with expensive furnitures and huge flags. Posters showing Chavez with children are all over. But, the real score, many people in the said country still live under the poverty line. Is that 'development'?
