A number of high-power rifles, grenades, flamethrowers, and explosives were seized by Venezuelan authorities in a raid of a French national's home in Caracas last Friday.
Frenchman Laurent Bouquet was arrested along with three Dominican nationals for their suspected affiliation with a criminal outfit known as "The Internationals."
