Venezuela and the United States are now trying to rekindle diplomatic ties and bring about a new sense of the word, 'progress'. Being trapped in a mindset focussed on the past is only going to keep our minds right there, stuck in the past. So we must think of ways to innovate and move forward. Progress is the main factor in this discussion. World progress, as such, is key to future development.
